The Breeders have announced plans have revealed plans to extend their tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their seminal album, Last Splash. Following a stint in Australia at the end of October, the indie rock veterans will return stateside for another run of shows that will stop in Massachusetts for a night at the Paradise Rock Club on Wednesday, December 18. Tickets for the show are now on sale through Ticketmaster for $25.

Kim Deal, Kelley Deal, Josephine Wiggs and Jim Macpherson, The Breeders line up that made Last Splash, reunited earlier this year for the ongoing world tour. The tour has marked their first time playing together since 1994. Joined by violinist Carrie Bradley, the quartet has been performing Last Splash in its entirety from start to finish.

LSXX, a deluxe edition of Last Splash, was released in April. Last Splash was propelled by smash single “Cannonball” (streaming below), which was voted “Single of the Year” by NME.

In May, The Breeders performed at Boston’s Royale.
