Pop-country superstar Taylor Swift has waited a long time to deliver a proper headlining show for her fans in Boston. The wait will come to end next summer when Swift tackles one of her biggest headlining shows ever. The show will serve as her first stop in Boston for her ongoing Fearless Tour. Swift was last in Boston this past summer when she opened for Keith Urban at the TD Garden,

Tickets for the Foxboro show, which will also feature openers Kellie Pickler and Gloriana, will go on sale Saturday, December 5 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Ticket prices have not yet been announced.

Swift, who turns 20 next month, won 4 Country Music Association Awards last week including the top prize of Entertainer of the Year, as well as Female Vocalist of the Year, Album of the Year and Music Video of the Year. Last month, she re-released her 2008 sophomore album Fearless with six new songs as Fearless: Platinum Edition. Swift was the highest-selling artist of 2008 in the United States and Fearless was recently certified 4x Platinum.
