Matchbox Twenty frontman Rob Thomas has revealed plans for a lengthy fall outing in support of his second solo album, Cradlesong. Thomas will stop in Boston on Monday, November 9 for a night at the Citi Wang Theatre. Tickets are now on sale via Telecharge and range in price from $4.50 to $56. OneRepublic and Carolina Liar will open the show.

Cradlesong is Thomas’ sophmore solo effort and was released last month. The album comes four years after his 2005 solo debut Something to Be, which made Thomas the first male artist from a rock or pop group to debut at #1 with his inaugural solo album. Cradlesong debuted at #3 and its lead single "Her Diamonds" has peaked at #23 on the Bilboard Hot 100.
