Phish release details on new album

Recently reunited jam band legends Phish have revealed plans for their first studio album in over five years. The band will release Joy, their eleventh studio effort, on September 8. The album was produced by Steve Lillywhite (U2, Dave Matthews Band). The full tracklisting is available below.

Phish will release Joy through a variety of formats. In addition to the compact disc and double-vinyl varieties, the Vermont-based band will offer up a limited edition deluxe box set. The “Joy Box,” which will feature Joy, a second album entitled Party Time, an extensive hard-bound booklet, and ten individual limited edition posters (designed by a different artist for each of the album’s ten songs). As if that is not enough, the $75 box set also includes a special DVD featuring footage from the band’s summer tour opener at Fenway Park and their set at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival.
