, Staff
Best known for their Christmastime albums and touring, Trans-Siberian Orchestra have revealed plans for a rare spring outing. The tour will make two stops in New England, first on Wednesday, March 31 at the Providence Performing Arts Center and then Thursday, April 1 at the Citi Wang Theatre in Boston. Tickets for both shows, which range in price from $48.50 to $58.50, are now on sale through each of the venue’s box offices.

Trans-Siberian Orchestra will be performing their 2000 album, Beethoven’s Last Night, in its entirety. The band also plans on debuting songs from the album that have never been performed live. Additionally, fans can expect to hear material from their fifth studio album, Night Castle. The new album, which was released in October 2009, is only the second non-Christmas themed release after Beethoven’s Last Night.
