Rock legends Pearl Jam have finally revealed plans for a spring tour that will bring them to Boston for a show at the TD Garden on Monday, May 17. Tickets for the show, which are priced at $74.50 for all sections, go on sale Friday 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Fellow Seattle rock favorites Band of Horses have been tapped to open the show.

Pearl Jam who performed on Saturday Night Live last week, will be touring in support of their ninth studio album, Backspacer. Released last September 20, the new album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Backspacer has been powered by hit singles “The Fixer” and “Just Breathe”.

The band played a limited amount of tour dates last year, including a 4-night run in Philadelphia to close out the Wachovia Spectrum. For our review of the band’s Halloween show in Philadelphia last year, click here.
