Daughtry maps massive tour with multiple New England stops
Rockers Daughtry have mapped an expansive nationwide tour for the group’s first-ever arena tour. The band will make six stops in New England include a show at Boston’s Agganis Arena on Saturday, March 20. Tickets for the Boston show range in price from $30.50 to $40.50 and go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Daughtry will be joined on the tour by Lifehouse and Cavo.
Other New England tour stops for Daughtry include: the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island on March 24; the MGM Grand Theatre at Foxwood Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut on March 27; the Mullins Center in Amherst, Massachusetts on June 14, the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire on June 15; and the Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland, Maine on March 17.
“Growing up, you dream about singing one of your songs in front of a packed house,” said frontman Chris Daughtry in a press release.”I still get chills when we’re playing and I hear the crowd singing louder than we are.”
Daughtry is touring in support of their sophomore album, Leave This Town. Released last summer, the new album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. Leave This Town has been powered by hit singles “No Surprise” and “Life After You.”
