Montgomery Gentry to lead Country Throwdown tour

Montgomery Gentry and Jamey Johnson will headline the inaugural Country Throwdown Tour this spring. They’ll be joined by Little Big Town, Jack Ingram, Eric Church, the Eli Young Band, Jonathan Singleton & The Grove, Lost Trailers, Ryan Bingham and the Dead Horses, Heidi Newfield and Emily West.

The tour, which has been established by the producers and creators of the Vans Warped Tour, will make one stop in New England. The show is scheduled to take place at the Meadowbrook U.S. Cellular Pavilion in Gilford, New Hampshire on Monday, May 31. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $29 to $45, are now on sale through the venue’s box office.

The Bluebird Cafe, the famous Nashville music club, will also sponsor a stage on the tour with music from rising stars including Sarah Buxton, Ashley Ray, Brad Tursi, Cory Branan, Dave Pahanish, Jedd Hughes, Troy Olsen, Heather Morgan and Walker Hayes.
