Bret Michaels, Cyndi Lauper to star on Celebrity Apprentice

The Celebrity Apprentice will kick off on Sunday night with Poison frontman Bret Michaels, 80’s pop star Cyndi Lauper and Sharon Osbourne representing the music world. Filmed last fall, the show will kick off Sunday with a two-hour premiere at 9 p.m. on NBC.
 
Former Governor of Illinois Rod Blagojevich, baseball star Darryl Strawberry, chef Curtis Stone, comedian Sinbad, wrestler Bill Goldberg, TV host Summer Sanders, actress Holly Robinson Peere, WEE Diva Maria Kanellis, comedian Carol Leifer, model Seletia Ebanks and former Olympian Michael Johnson will also compete for the final spot in the boardroom with Donald Trump and most importantly, money for a charity of their choice.
 
Michaels will compete to raise funds the American Diabetes Association and the Camps for Kids With Diabetes). Lauper’s charity of choice is the True Colors Fund of Stonewall Community Foundation while Oxbourne’s is Cedars-Sinai in support of the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program.
 
According to a recent report on People Magazine‘s website, country singers Luke Bryan and Emily West will appear in an upcoming episode Celebrity Apprentice. Both will be featured in a “Nashville-themed challenge that will have the celebrity teams trying to figure out what it takes to make a country music superstar.”

Piers Morgan, the “America’s Got Talent” judge, beat out country music star Trace Adkins in the last season of The Celebrity Apprentice.
