Zac Brown Band have revealed plans for a summer tour in support of their forthcoming album, Uncaged. The country rockers from Georgia will hit Connecticut for a two-night stand at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville on Friday, August 31 and Saturday, September 1. Tickets for each of the shows are now on sale through Ticketmaster for $77 and $97.

Uncaged, the band’s third major-label studio effort and follow-up to 2010’s You Get What You Give, will be released on July 10. The band collaborates with Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue on “Overnight”. The album will also mark the official debut of the band’s newest member percussionist Daniel de los Reyes.

“It’s your basic country-Southern rock-bluegrass-reggae-jam record,” joked frontman Zac Brown in a recent interview with the Associated Press. He added, “It’s really about making people dance. You just don’t let them go. There’s a lot of songs on the record that when we play them live we’ll extend out long. But it’s really about just grabbing people in that pulse and then not letting them go that entire song.”

Next month, Zac Brown Band will make their way to Maine for a performance at the Bangor Waterfront Pavilion on Saturday, June 2. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $32.75 and $82.75, are available though Ticketmaster.

Zac Brown Band are currently nominated for Billboard Music Awards’ Top Country Artist and for two CMT Awards, “Collaborative Video Of The Year” (“Knee Deep” with Jimmy Buffet) and “Best Group Video” (“Keep Me In Mind”).

The country superstars recently released the video for “No Hurry”, their fifth and final single off You Get What You Give. Check it our below.
