After playing several shows in and throughout New England over the past couple of months, Wiz Khalifa has revealed plans to stay on the road for a summer tour. The Pittsburgh rapper will play Boston’s Bank of America Pavilion on Saturday, July 30. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $20 to $30, are now on sale through Live Nation. Big Sean and Chevy Woods will open the show.

Khalifa is touring in support of his new release, Rolling Papers, which was released at the end of last month. It debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 and at #1 on the Rap and R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. Rolling Papers, his third studio effort and first on a major label with Atlantic Records, follows a pair of independent releases in 2009′s Deal or No Deal and 2006′s Show and Prove. Last year, he released the highly acclaimed mixtape, Kush & Orange Juice. Rolling Papers features singles “Black and Yellow”, “Roll Up” and “No Sleep”.
