Greg Hawkes Ukulele Trio at the Center for the Arts in Natick: The Cars keyboardist will be showing off his skills with a much smaller instrument this weekend but will still bring a big sound. Tickets are $18.

New Collisions at Great Scott: The New Collision will be releasing their new album The Optimist in Allston this weekend. We’re optimistic about this show. Tickets are $10.

 
Zox at the Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel: Catch this reggae crew reunite for a hometown gig. Tickets are $12

Aux at the Middle East Downstairs: Head to Cambridge and join Aux as they release their new album with support from fellow locals Travel Info, Totem, and The Devil and a Penny. Tickets are $10.

Sevendust at the Hampton Beach Ballroom: While Hampton Beach is more of a summertime destination; they shouldn’t have any problem drawing in fans with Sevendust in town. Tickets are $27

Miike Snow at the House of Blues: It seems like Miike Snow has been everywhere this year. Luckily they’ll be right here this weekend. Bodega Girls support. Tickets are $32.70.

Primus at the Orpheum Theatre: Primus is back and so is original drummer Jay Lane. See them on their “Oddity Fair” tour for $43.25 to $53.

Mary J. Blige at the MGM Grand at Foxwoods: Blige is known for her talents in many fields but she’ll only be singing at this event. That’ll surely suffice. Tickets are $50 to $75

Papa Roach, Skillit at the Palladium: …and that’s not all! Trapt and My Darkest Days round out the bill for this $30 show.

Black Label Society at Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel: If you’re in the Providence area, see these metal heads rip through new tunes off the recently released Order of the Black. Tickets are $25 and $45

 Aaron Lewis at the Zeiterion Theatre on Sunday: Catch this Mass native as he performs new country-tinged tracks as well as all your Staind favorites. Tickets are $35 to $48.50
