Currently touring across North America, Van Halen have extended their ongoing tour into the summer with a new set of shows that will begin with a return to New England. The legendary rockers will perform at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on Saturday, July 7. Tickets for the concert are now on sale through Ticketmaster for $110 and $135. Opening the show will be Ky-mani Marley, son of reggae icon Bob Marley.

Van Halen continues to tour in support of their brand new album, A Different Kind Of Truth. Released in February, Van Halen’s first album with original frontman David Lee Roth in 28 years debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200. The band’s 12th studio effort also marks the recording debut of bassist Wolfgang Van Halen, son of guitarist Eddie Van Halen, who replaced original bassist Michael Anthony in 2006. A Different Kind of Truth is the band’s first album of new material since 1998’s Van Halen III, which featured one-time frontman and Boston native Gary Cherone (of Extreme) on lead vocals.

A Different Kind Of Truth features singles “Tattoo” and “She’s the Woman”. The video for the latter features footage from the band’s ongoing tour and is streaming below.
