The Script make summer plans for Boston

Irish pop-rockers The Script have revealed plans for a Boston show this summer. The band will perform at the Bank of America Pavilion on Wednesday, June 8. Tickets, which range in price from $22.50 to $29.50, go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation.

The Dublin-based trio will be touring in support of their brand new album, Science & Faith.  The band’s sophomore album was released to fans in the United Stares earlier this month after ithit #1 on both the Irish and UK charts last fall.  Science & Faith is propelled by the lead single, “For the First Time”, which is accompanied by a poignant music video that tells the story of a young couple who have emigrated from Ireland to New York.  The video, which features Eve Hewson, daughter of U2’s Bono, is available below.

Fans looking for a vacation can can also join The Script on the VH1 “Best Cruise Ever”,  which ill take over the Carnival Inspiration Mexico from April 28 though May 2. Sailing from Tampa, Florida, to Cozumel, Mexico, the four-night cruise will also feature Grammy Award-winning group, Train, Lifehouse, Colbie Caillat, Mat Kearney, Thriving Ivory, One eskimO and many more.
