Irish pop-rockers The Script have revealed plans for a Boston show. The band will perform at the House of Blues on Sunday, November 7. Tickets, which range in price from $25 and $35, are available through LiveNation.

The Dublin-based trio is touring in support of their sophomore album, Science & Faith, which has yet to be released stateside. The album hit #1 on both the Irish and UK charts is propelled by the lead single, “For the First Time”. The poignant music video tells the story of a young couple who have emigrated from Ireland to New York and features Eve Hewson, daughter of U2’s Bono.

Science & Faith is the follow-up to 2008’s self-titled debut album which was powered by singles, “We Cry” and “Breakeven”. Despite its global success, the band openly discusses its struggles with the industry’s focus on image and commercialism over music in an interview with The Sun, where vocalist Danny O’Donaghue was quoted as saying, “You won’t find a picture of ourselves on the front of a CD – would you do that if you looked like us? We’re not doing this for fame and self-gratification.”

Joining The Script in Boston will be special guest Joshua Radin who is supporting his recently released album, The Rock and the Tide. For all you romantics out there, Radin’s new song “You Got What I Need” was featured last week on the TODAY Show Wedding as the couple’s first dance.
