The Offspring will return to New England this fall as they continue to tour in support of their brand new album, Days Go By. The ’90s punk rock favorites will hit Massachusetts for a show at Boston’s House of Blues on Thursday, September 6. Tickets for the show, which will also feature openers Dead Sara, are now on sale through Live Nation for $39.50 and $55.

Released in June, Days Go By debuted at #12 on the Billboard 200. The Offspring’s ninth studio effort was produced by Bob Rock (Metallica, Motley Crue), who also produced for their previous release 2008′s Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace. The video for lead single “Days Go By” is streaming below.

“I don’t know why but I felt sort of serious writing this record and when I finished I felt I needed to have a few playful songs too,” said singer/guitarist Dexter Holland in press release. “Kind of both sides of the Offspring. Either way I think these songs are all going to be a lot of fun to play live.”

Following the show in Boston, The Offspring will perform at Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island on Tuesday, September 11. Tickets for the show are now on sale through eTix for $40 and $45.
