The Mighty Mighty Bosstones have added another show to the twelfth edition of their annual Hometown Throwdown. After three nights at the House of Blues, the band will return to the more intimate confines of The Middle East Downstairs for a show on Tuesday, December 29. Tickets for the show are $25 and will go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Fans will be limited to purchasing only two tickets, which can then only be picked up at the venue on the night of the show.

The Bosstones will be supporting their brand new album, Pin Points and Gin Joints, which hits stores today. The new album marks the band’s first full full-length album of all new material since 2002’s A Jackknife to a Swan. Pin Points and Gin Joints was recorded┬áthis past summer with producer Ted Hutt (The Gaslight Anthem, The Bouncing Souls).

No openers have been announced for the band’s show at the Middle East but they have revealed the supporting cast for their shows at the House of Blues. The Bosstones have selected a group of local favorites and national talent that they shared bills with before. Highlighting the list is hometown ska favorites Bim Skala Bim, who have been dormant since 2002 but will reunite to open one show for their friends. The Pilfers and Razors In The Night will open the show on Saturday, December 26. They’ll be followed by Darkbuster and The Void Union on December 27 and Bim Skala Bim and The Pietasters on December 28.
