The Fray have revealed plans for an intimate club tour to preview their forthcoming album, Helios. The pop-rock favorites will hit Boston for a show at the House of Blues on Saturday, January 25. Tickets for the concert, which will also feature openers American Authors, will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation for $29.50 and $45.

Helios, The Fray’s fourth studio effort and follow-up to 2012’s Scars & Stories, will be released on February 25. Fans can get a taste of the new material with lead single “Love Don’t Die” (lyric video is streaming below), which was produced by produced by Stuart Price (The Killers, Keane) and Ryan Tedder (Adele, One Republic).

Of the new music, frontman Isaac Slade noted in a press release, “Working with Stuart was the best of both worlds. We brought our organic instruments, and he brought his arsenal of electronic antiques. This record is all about running to the front lines of what we’ve done and pushing our borders even farther. Electronic instruments, drum samples, enormous backing vocals, opening up our writing to folks outside our camp.”
