Taking Back Sunday plan stop at the House of Blues

Taking Back Sunday will be taking to the road this summer in support of their upcoming eponymous release. The band will make their way to Massachusetts for a show at Boston’s House of Blues on Wednesday, July 20. Tickets for the show will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation for $27.50 and $37.50. Opening the show will be Thursday, Colour Revolt and We Are The In Crowd.

The Long Island rockers’ upcoming release will mark their first release with the original Taking Back Sunday from their 2002 debut Tell All Your Friends. Vocalist Adam Lazzara, guitarist Eddie Reyes and drummer Mark O’Connell have reunited with vocalist/guitarist John Nolan and bass player Shaun Cooper, who departed in 2003 to form Straylight Run.

Recorded in Los Angeles with producer Eric Valentine (Queens of the Stone Age, All American Rejects), Taking Back Sundaywill hit stores on June 28. It’s the band’s fifth studio effort and first since 2009’s New Again.
