Sublime with Rome are back on the road for an extensive summer tour with hip-hop veterans Cypress Hill. The two groups, along with openers Pepper and The Manic Low, will hit Boston for a show at the Bank of America Pavilion on Monday, August 20. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $45 to $73.50, are currently on sale through Live Nation. VIP packages, which include a meet & greet opportunity as well as other bonus items, are also available.

The upcoming tour continues Sublime with Rome promotion of their 2011 album, Yours Truly. Produced by Paul Leary of Butthole Surfers, the album features singles “Panic” and “Take It or Leave It”. Sublime with Rome is currently comprised of original Sublime bassist Eric Wilson and singer/guitarist Rome Ramirez. The group came together with original drummer Bud Gaugh in 2009 to perform songs by Sublime. It marked the first time Wilson and Gaugh performed the band’s songs since frontman Bradley Nowell’s death in 1996. Last December, Gaugh announced he was leaving the band

Cypress Hill recently released Cypress x Rusko, a 5-track collaborative EP with popular dubstep DJ/Producer, Rusko. “I think dubstep is a natural progression of hip-hop, especially the way that we formulated it with Rusko,” said Cypress Hill’s Sen Dog in a press release. “With this release, we’re starting another chapter for Cypress Hill because it’s something that we’ve never done before. It’s going to take people by surprise. We’re not scared to take a chance. It’s made us feel rejuvenated musically, and that’s all you can ask for as a musician; to be able to feel new again after so many years.”
