Senses Fail and Bayside team up for show at Royale

Rock bands Senses Fail and Bayside have plans to team up for a show at Royale Boston on Friday, October 22. Tickets for this early show, door open at 5:30 pm, are available through Ticketmaster at $16.50.

Senses Fail are touring in support of their fourth studio album, The Fire, which drops on October 26. Along with disclosing the record’s title, the band also announced that guitarist Zach Roach would be replacing Heath Saraceno, who had joined Senses Fail in 2005. The band will also release a limited edition DVD version of the album, which features an hour and a half of concert footage and interviews. Fans will also be able to purchase the bonus track “Ghost Town” through iTunes. Queens-based Bayside is also working on an upcoming album which is set to be released in February 2011. There was some speculation about the band’s future after they concluded their contract with Victory Records after 2008’s Shudder. However, Bayside recently signed with Wind-Up Records and British producer Gil Norton (Foo Fighters, Counting Crows, Jimmy Eat World) is working on the upcoming album. The record is rumored to be titled Killing Time, which was disclosed through the band’s Formspring account.

Opening the show will be Title Fight and Balance and Composure.
