Sara Bareilles has revealed plans to return to the road this summer. The pop singer-songwriter will bring her “Little Black Dress” summer tour to Boston for a night at the Blue Hills Bank Pavilion on Tuesday, July 15. Tickets for the concert, which range in price from $35 to $55, will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation. Hannah Georgas and Emily King will open the show.

The summer trek continues Bareilles’ support of her latest album, The Blessed Unrest. Released last July, the California native’s third studio effort and follow-up to 2010’s Kaleidoscope Heart, debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200. Recorded in Los Angeles and New York with producers including John O’Mahony (Coldplay, Metric) and Mark Endert (Fiona Apple, The Fray), it has been powered by the smash hit “Brave”. Her latest single “”I Choose You” is streaming below.

The Blessed Unrest earned Bareilles two Grammy Award nominations earlier this year, including the coveted Album of the Year, as well as Best Pop Solo Performance for “Brave”.

Last October, Bareilles released a new live DVD and CD package titled Brave Enough: Live at the Variety Playhouse. The album and film captures Bareilles’ performance at the Variety Playhouse in Atlanta, Georgia on May 20, 2013 as part of her acoustic “Brave Enough” tour.
