Ryan Bingham and The Dead Horses to play Royale

Ryan Bingham and The Dead Horses have announced plans for a Boston show this fall. The Academy Award winning artist will play the Royale Nightclub in Boston on Friday, October 15. Tickets for the 18+ show are $17 and available at LiveNation.com.

The band is touring in support of its latest release, Junky Heart, which dropped in August and quickly rose to #2 on Billboard’s Top U.S. Country Albums. The album which features Bingham’s raspy voice and steely guitar chords features the single “The Weary Kid”, which Bingham co-written with producer T-Bone Burnett for the 2009 film Crazy Heart. The effort earned Bingham numerous awards, most notably the Academy Award for Best Original Song. The album also features singles “The Poet” and “Strange Feelin’ In The Air”.

The Pennsylvania based, Rustlanders will open the show.
