Rusko has revealed plans for a stateside tour this winter. The British dubstep favorite will hit Boston for a show at the House of Blues on Friday, December 28. Tickets for the show are available through Live Nation for $25 and $35.

Along with the tour, Rusko has revealed plans for a new EP, KAPOW. The 4-track release will be released digitally for free on November 6.

“The natural thing for me to do is release KAPOW myself,” explained Rusko in a press release. “How I want. The way I want and at the speed I want. It’s about promotion and not profit – I want to give the fans the music in real time. If they can help me promote it too then it’s essentially what a label does anyway but just without copyright restrictions. The fans are key in the success of KAPOW. If you like it, send it to a friend. I just want everyone to be able have my music if they want it.”

KAPOW continues a prolific year for Rusko. In March, he released his sophomore album, Songs. The full-length release was powered by lead single “Somebody to Love”. In August, he joined forces with hip-hop veterans Cypress Hill for a collaborative EP released called Cypress x Rusko.
