Portugal. The Man to play Boston’s House of Blues

After rocking the Paradise Rock Club last fall, Portugal. The Man will return to Boston next month for a show at the more expansive House of Blues. The band will rock the Lansdowne Street club on Sunday, April 22. Tickets for the show, which will also feature openers The Lonely Forest, are now on sale through Live Nation for $22.

Portugal. The Man continues to tour in support of their latest album, 2011’s In the Mountain in the Cloud. Released last summer, the band’s sixth studio effort and first with Atlantic Records features lead single “Got It All (This Can’t Be Living Now)” and “So American”. The video for the later is streaming below. It was produced by John Hill (Santigold, M.I.A.) with co-production from lead singer-guitarist John Gourley and longtime band producer Casey Bates, and mixed by Grammy Award winner Andy Wallace (Nirvana, Jeff Buckley).
