Country star Phil Vassar has revealed dates for an upcoming spring tour. The Virginian will visit Massachusetts for a concert at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium on Thursday, March 22. Tickets are available now through the venue’s website for $29.75 to $55.75.

Vassar, who’s last studio release was 2009’s Traveling Circus, is expected to preview some new songs off his forthcoming sixth album while on the road this spring. Last month, he released a brand new single called “Don’t Miss Your Life”, which was officially sent to radio stations nationwide earlier this week. The song is streaming below.

“I wrote this song on a plane recently, when I was really missing my family and especially my two daughters,” explained Vassar in a press release. “The response we’re receiving from country radio and from fans has been absolutely incredible. I am always amazed when a song touches people like this.”

In November, Vassar released his first live compilation, The Hits Live On Broadway. The album, which was recorded on New Years Eve in Nashville, consists of 12 of Vassar’s biggest hits including tracks of his own and some that he has written for other artists. At the same time, he also released his first Christmas album, NOEL. The album is comprised of five classic holiday songs along with five original tracks.

Prior to the show in Lowell, fans can catch Vassar perform at Mohegan Sun Casino’s Wolf Den in Uncasville, Connecticut on Saturday, February 25.
