Owl City has revealed plans to return to the road this fall as he continues to promote his new album, The Midsummer Station. The synthpop favorite, born Adam Young, will make his way to Massachusetts for a show at the Blue Ocean Music Hall in Salisbury on Sunday, September 1. Tickets for the show will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through the venue’s box office and website for $22.

The Midsummer Station, Owl City’s fourth studio effort and follow-up to 2011’s All Things Bright and Beautiful, debuted at #7 on the Billboard 200 after its release last August. For the first time, Young chose to work with co-writers and outside producers on the new album. It also includes contributions from Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus on “Dementia” and Canadian pop-star Carly Rae Jepsen on hit single “Good Time”. The video for “Metropolis”, The Midsummer Station‘s latest single, is streaming below.

Earlier this year, Owl City teamed up with Malaysian singer-songwriter Yuna for “Shine Your Way”, a song featured on The Croods soundtrack.
