One Direction-mania is in full-swing. After selling out two shows at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, the group have announced plans to extend their stay in Massachusetts this August with a third-consecutive performance at the home of the Patriots scheduled for Saturday, August 9. Tickets for the concert, which range in price from $44.05 to $102.05, will go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation.

The “Where We Are” world tour will hit stadiums across the globe, starting in April in Bogota, Columbia. The Foxboro dates are just one of five cities where One Direction is scheduled to perform three stadium shows (the others: Croke Park in Dublin, Ireland; Etihad Stadium in Manchester, England; Wembley Stadium in London, England; Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California).

“The demand for tickets for One Direction’s concerts in New England has reached historic proportions,” explained Live Nation’s Dave Marsden, the shows’ promoter, in a press release. “The three shows at Gillette will produce the most tickets sold and the highest gross ever of any concert event in New England.

One Direction will be touring in support of their new album, Midnight Memories. Released last November, the group’s third studio effort and follow-up to 2012’s Take Me Home debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200, making them the first group in history to debut at #1 with its first three albums. Powered by singles “Best Song Ever” and “Story of My Life”, the album has also reached #1 in over 90 other countries. The title track, which will serve as its next single, is streaming below.

Formed in 2010, One Direction is comprised of Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson.
