Newport Folk Festival reveals final schedule

, Staff

The forecast is calling for nothing but sunshine (fingers crossed) as the Newport Folk Festival returns this weekend for three fun days in the sun at Fort Adams State Park. Now in its 55th year, the legendary Rhode Island festival will once again hosts a mix of contemporary and classic artists across four stages.

Among the most highly anticipated performances at this year’s Newport Folk Festival are the return of Nickel Creek, as well as headliners Jack White, Ryan Adams, Jeff Tweedy and Mavis Staples. Of course, tickets for the event are long gone, after selling out before the lineup was even completely revealed.

If you attending, be sure plan ahead and check out the complete schedule of music below.
