Neil Diamond has announced plans for a nationwide tour next summer. As part of the 4-month run, the legendary singer will make two stops in New England including one show in Massachusetts. Diamond will perform at the TD Garden in Boston on Saturday, June 23. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $55 to $120, will go on sale Monday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

On tour, Diamond promises to play a set filled with greatest hits. A brand new greatest hits compilation, The Very Best of Neil Diamond – The Original Studio Recordings, will be released on December 6 through Columbia Records and Legacy Recordings. The album, which will be the first collection to draw from Diamond’s complete studio discography, features 23 of his most popular hits including “Forever In Blue Jeans”, “Cherry, Cherry”, “Sweet Caroline”, “I’m A Believer”, “You Don’t Bring Me Flowers”, “America” and many more.

Prior to the show in Boston, Diamond will perform at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut on Saturday, June 16. Tickets for the show will go on sale Monday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster for $75 and $95.

Diamond, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame earlier this year, will be honored as a Kennedy Center Honoree on December 27.
