Motörhead have revealed plans for their 2011 North American tour, which will include a stop in Massachusetts. The legendary English metal favorites will make their way to Boston for a show at the House of Blues on Monday, March 1. Tickets for the show are now on sale through Live Nation for $29.50 and $39.50. Opening the show will be Clutch and Valient Thorr.

The band is back on the road for two reasons: to celebrate their 35th anniversary and to promote the release of their 20th studio album, The Wörld Is Yours, which hit stores today. The new album follows 2008’s Motörizer.

In related news, Motörhead fans can get a whole new look at the band with the release of the new documentary, “Lemmy”, which is set to be released on DVD later this month. The critically-acclaimed documentary profiles the band’s iconic founder and front man Ian Fraser “Lemmy” Kilmister and features interviews with friends, admirers, and bandmates, including Dave Grohl, Ozzy Osbourne, Slash and dozens more.
