Hip hop duo Mobb Deep have announced plans for a tour in support of their upcoming EP, Black Cocaine. Havoc and Prodigy will visit Massachusetts for a show at Showcase Live in Foxboro on Thursday, December 1. Tickets are now available through Ticketmaster for $25.

Black Cocaine, set for a November 21 release, is Mobb Deep’s first project with their new label Infamous Records. It is also the duo’s first release since Prodigy’s three-year prison sentence, resulting from gun-possession charges. Nas and Bounty Killer make special guest appearances on the new release. Black Cocaine will be released in two different versions: a five-song limited edition EP, and a deluxe seven-song version that will be available November 25.

According to the band, Black Cocaine is a prelude to a full-length album coming next year. “We’re doing the EP first just to give ’em a little appetizer, a little warm-up project before the album drop,” Prodigy said in a recent interview with MTV’s RapFix. “And the album is coming right behind it at the end of February.”
