Mike Posner recently announced that he will hit the road this fall for his first headlining club tour. The singer, songwriter, producer and recent Duke University graduate will bring his “The Up In The Air” tour to Boston for a show at the House of Blues on Monday, October 11. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $25 to $35, are available now through Live Nation. Fans can also purchase VIP tickets that include a meet and greet with Posner for $75.

Posner is touring in support of his recently released debut album, 31 Minutes To Takeoff. The album’s first single, “Cooler Than Me”, rocketed to #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped both pop and dance charts this summer. Posner, whose sound blends electro-pop with R&B, has performed on several popular televisions shows, mostly notably on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, America’s Got Talent, and Live with Regis and Kelly. Posner recently made entertainment headlines when he declined an opportunity to meet hip hop icon Jay-Z because the timing would conflict with his college finals.

The show, sponsored by Karamloop.com, will also feature Far East Movement, Stephen Jerzak, 2AM Club, Bad Rabbits and XV.
