Marilyn Manson has revealed plans for a springtime tour in support of his forthcoming album, Born Villain. In April, the metal veteran will make his way to New England and launch the tour with shows in Rhode Island and New Hampshire.

Manson will perform at Lupo’s Heartbreak Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island on Friday, April 27. Tickets for the show will go on sale Friday at noon through eTix for $45 and $55. The following night, he’ll perform at New Hampshire’s Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. Tickets for the show will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster for $36.

Born Villain, Manson’s eighth studio album and first since 2009’s The High End of Low, will hit stores in May. The upcoming shows will be his first U.S. dates with new drummer Jason Sutter, who replaced Chris Vrenna in November.

In September, Manson announced a collaboration with actor Shia LaBeouf on a short film also named “Born Villain”. “While looking to experiment in unlikely collaborations, I met Shia, and we spent a long night at my studio,” he said in a press release. “We ended up writing a short film, and just recently released a trailer. The score is from my new album, and is, in the words of Macbeth, ‘full of sound and fury'”. Fans can check out the trailer by going here.
