Mac Miller will bring his ongoing spring tour to Massachusetts for his biggest show to date in the area. The Pittsburgh rapper will perform at the Tsongas Arena in Lowell on Wednesday, May 2. Tickets for the show, which will also feature openers The Cool Kids and The Come Up, are now on sale through the venue’s box office and website for $32. College and high school students can purchase discounted students for $27 with valid school ID at the venue’s box office.

Miller, born Malcolm McCormick, will be touring in support of his debut album, Blue Slide Park. Released last November, the album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. It features singles “Frick Park Market” and “Party on Fifth Ave”.

Last month, the 20-year old released his seventh mixtape, Macadelic. Earlier this week, Miller released a video for “Thoughts From A Balcony”. The video is streaming below.

Miller will stay busy for the rest of 2012 with numerous projects in the works. In a recent interview with Billboard’s “The Juice” blog, Miller stated he would release three new projects by the end of the year. “I’m doing three collaborative projects before the end of this year,” Miller said. “One is coming out soon, I can’t tell you [about them] but they’re all crazy, they’re all really dope. I think that’s just what I need to do right now, just explore, and expand, and make music with other people.”
