Lucinda Williams has revealed plans for a Boston show this winter. The Louisiana native  and three-time Grammy Award winner will perform at the House of Blues on Wednesday, March 9. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $29.50 to $39.20, are now on sale through Live Nation.

Williams, who is considered by many to be one of America’s greatest living songwriters, will be touring in support of her forthcoming album, Blessed, which is set to be released on March 1 via Lost Highway Records.  With Grammy Award-winning producer Don Was at the helm alongside co-producers Eric Liljestrand and Tom Overby, (who also co-produced Williams 2008 album Little Honey), Blessed features special guests Rami Jaffe on keyboards, Matthew Sweet on vocals Greg Leisz and Elvis Costello on guitar.

The deluxe edition of Blessed will include a bonus disc (or 14 tracks digitally) titled The Kitchen Tapes. The bonus collection is comprised of the original demos recorded at her kitchen table (where she does most of her writing) that would later became Blessed.
