Lineup set for 2013 Hot Stove, Cool Music benefit

Organizers for the annual Hot Stove, Cool Music benefit concert have revealed the lineup for next month’s highly anticipated benefit concert. Chicago Cubs President Theo Epstein will return home to join Peter Gammons and the Hot Stove All-Stars featuring Buffalo Tom’s Bill Janovitz and Letters To Cleo’s Kay Hanley at the 13th edition of the annual benefit concert at the Paradise Rock Club on Saturday, January 12.

Also scheduled to perform are New England-bred favorites The Parkington Sisters, Christian McNeill & Sea Monsters, Tanya Donelly and Chad Hollister Band. Actor Mike O’Malley will take resume his role as emcee. Tickets for the show are available through the Hot Stove, Cool Music website for $40. All proceeds will benefit the Foundation to Be Named Later.

The Hot Stove, Cool Music benefit concert will be preceded by the Hot Stove Cool Music Sports Roundtable at Fenway Park on Friday, January 11. Moderated by Gammons, the conversation on “Changing a Culture in Baseball” will feature Epstein, Buck Showalter(Baltimore Orioles Manager), Ben Cherington (Boston Red Sox SVP & General Manager), John Farrell (Boston Red Sox Manager) and  Mike Hazen (Boston Red Sox Assistant GM).
