Limp Bizkit reveal reunion tour plans

With their original line up back together and a new album on the way, rockers Limp Bizkit are heading out on a full tour this summer for the first time in more than nine years. The band will make their way to Massachusetts on Sunday, July 25 to play at the Comcast Center in Mansfield. Tickets for the show are, which range in price from $28.45 to $62.35 with a special 4-pack of tickets available for $113.80, go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation. Legendary rapper Ice Cube will open the show.

The band’s is gearing up for the release of Gold Cobra, which is expected to hit stores later this year and will be first releaseĀ  since 2003’s Results May Vary. A sneak peak of the album has been released on the band’s website, www.limpbizkit.com. Combining elements of metal and rap, Limp Bizkit was one of the most popular bands of the 90s and early 2000s with albums like Significant Other and Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water.

After years of feuding, Fred Durst and Wes Borland are announced last year that they were putting their differences aside to bring Limp Bizkit together. The band’s original lineup also features Sam Rivers, John Otto, and DJ Letha.
