Lady Antebellum map 2012 tour

Lady Antebellum have revealed plans for the 2012 leg of their “Own The Night” tour. The country favorites, who will perform in Amherst later this month, will return to Massachusetts for a show at the DCU Center in Worcester on Saturday, May 5. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $35 to $72.50, are now on sale through Ticketmaster. Also performing at the Worcester show will be special guests Darius Rucker and Thompson Square.

Comprised of comprised of Dave Haywood, Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott, the 3-time Country Music Association Vocal Group of the Year will be touring in support of their brand new album, Own the Night. Released in September, the band’s third studio effort debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200. It has been powered by hit singles “Just a Kiss” and “We Owned the Night”, the video for the latter is streaming below. The trio penned 10 of the new album’s 12 tracks and co-produced the album with veteran producer Paul Worley.

“We’re definitely more in tune with each other musically and personally than ever,” said Haywood in a press release. “It’s an exciting place to be. This album was created from the ground up—we are writing these songs, playing these instruments and creating these arrangements. With Own The Night, more than ever before, I think we share a real feeling of accomplishment both as a band and as friends.”
