Kiss will return to the road this summer for another leg of their “Hottest Show on Earth Tour”. The legendary rock band will visit Mansfield’s Comcast Center on Saturday, August 7. Tickets, which range in price from $20.50 to $125, go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation.

The classic rockers released their first studio album in 11 years, Sonic Boom, last October. Kiss’ inactivity did not seem to affect their music, as it debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200. Sonic Boom was produced by singer-guitarist Paul Stanley and includes original bassist Gene Simmons with guitarist Tommy Thayer and drummer Eric Singer, both of whom have played on and off roles with the band over the years. “Modern Day Delilah”, the album’s lead single, reached #50 on the Billboard Rock songs chart. The band is currently on their “Sonic Boom Over Europe” tour, which attracted over 90,000 fans to Germany’s Rock Am Ring last Thursday night.

The tour also offers VIP ticket options for the KISS Meet & Greet Experience, which features a seat within the first five rows, a chance to meet Kiss’s members, and various band paraphernalia.
