Kid Rock to rally for Mitt Romney in New Hampshire

As Election Day nears, Mitt Romney has announced plans for a final rally in New Hampshire on Monday, November 5. Scheduled to take place at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, Romney will be joined by special guest Kid Rock. The event is free and open to the public. Attendees must register in advance through Romney’s website.

Kid Rock has been a vocal supporter of the Republican Presidential nominee and has joined him at several events across the country. Despite being an outspoken conservative, Kid Rock recently teamed up with liberal actor Sean Penn for a short public service film called “Americans”. The film, which aims “to tear down the one-dimensional political stereotypes portrayed by the media”,  is streaming in full below.

“People are so angry at each other [over] their viewpoints,” said Kid Rock in a recent interview with MTV. “We can still have a conversation and be friends and be cordial and maybe enlighten each other on some views. Thinking differently is what made this country great; people are so up-in-arms about the whole thing. It’s like, ‘Don’t let this tear our country apart, man. We’re too good for that.'”

Kid Rock is also gearing up for the release of his forthcoming album, Rebel Soul. The Detroit rocker’s ninth studio effort and follow-up to 2010’s Born Free, will hit stores on November 19.

  1. My mother-in-law will be 90 the first week in March. She absolutely loves Kid Rock. If you can believe that! She is aware that I will be attending Mitt Romney’s Rally in Manchester, Monday, Nov. 5th, and has asked that I try to get his picture and autograph. Is there anyway possible that this could happen?
