Ke$ha extends ‘Get Sleazy’ tour into summer, adds Boston show

Fans who got shut out of tickets for Ke$ha’s upcoming show at the House of Blues later this month, will get another chance to see the rising pop star when she returns to the Hub later this summer. A second leg has been added to her “Get $leazy” world tour, extending the tour through the summer with a return visit to Massachusetts set for Tuesday, August 16 at the more expansive Bank of America Pavilion in Boston. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $40 to $60, will go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation.

“My spring tour sold out so fast, which is amazing, but I want to get to party with errryone,” declared Ke$ha in a press release. “If you are part of my family, my cult of rowdy misfits, come join us! I’m pulling out an ass-ton more glitter with blue lipstick to spare and I’m ready to party with all y’all all summer long. Sh–‘s gonna be hot as a mofo … Miss this and you be missing the biggest dance party of the year!”

The 24-year of pop sensation will bring her first headlining world tour to the House of Blues on Tuesday, April 12. Ke$ha recently released her first remix album, I Am the Dance Commander + I Command You to Dance, which features songs from her debut album Animal and its companion followup EP Cannibal.

No support acts have been revealed for the Boston show, though LMFAO and Spank Rock have been tapped to open select dates.
