Jordan Knight has just revealed plans to hit the road for his “Live & Unfinished” tour in support of his latest solo album, Unfinished. The New Kids on the Block singer will deliver a homecoming performance for Massachusetts fans when he hits Showcase Live in Foxboro on Sunday, April 1. Tickets for the show are now on sale through TicketWeb for $35 and $45 (tickets are not available at the box office).

Released last May, Unfinished is Knight’s third studio album and his first since 2006’s Love Songs. The album features “Let’s Go Higher”, an up-tempo pop number written by songwriter Colby O’Douis (Lady Gaga, Akon), and “Stingy”, which features guest vocals from fellow NKOTB member Donnie Wahlberg.

“After the amazing NKOTBSB (New Kids on the Block & Backstreet Boys) arena tour this past year, I feel truly blessed that I now have the time to get up close and personal with you, my fans, and sing these songs that mean so much to me,” declared Knight in a press release. “You’ve all played such a big part in making this album a success so I can’t think of a better way of saying thank you, than to give you what you have asked for – Jordan Knight Live & Unfinished!”

In a recent interview with Betty Confidential, Knight commented on the difference between touring as a member of New Kids On The Block and performing as a solo act. “With solo shows, there’s a self satisfaction,” he said. “You feel really accomplished, like ‘Man, I’m doing this by myself!’ With a group, you feel like you’re part of something a lot bigger. It feels like a brotherhood. For me, both are necessary.”
