Jimmy Eat World will return to the road this summer for another tour that will swing through Massachusetts. The band will play The Palladium in Worcester on Friday, June 3. Advance tickets for the show are now on sale through Tickets.com for $25. South Africa’s Civil Twilight will open the show.

The Arizona-based rockers continue tour in support of 2010’s Invented. The album, their seventh studio release and first since 2007’s Chase This Light, debuted at #11 after its release last September. Invented was co-produced by the band and Mark Trombino, who had previously worked on the band’s earlier material: 1996’s Static Prevails, 1999’s Clarity and 2001’s Bleed American.
