In one of the most anticipated musical collaborations in years, rap superstars Jay-Z and Kanye West have joined forces to form a new hip-hop project called The Throne. The duo will tour this fall in support of their forthcoming debut album, Watch The Throne. They’ll perform at Boston’s TD Garden on Monday, November 21. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $59.50 to $350, will go on sale Monday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation. All fans who purchase tickets online will receive a free digital copy of the album.

Watch The Throne will be released worldwide exclusively through iTunes on Monday. The album will be available at additional physical and digital retailers on August 12. Lead single “Otis”, which samples Otis Redding’s “Try A Little Tenderness”, has been released to radio and is available on iTunes.

The longtime friends inspired each other to new heights with their collaboration on Watch The Throne, which was recorded at various locations around the world. Over a year in the making and a truly global affair, the duo recorded in London and Bath in England, Abu Dhabi, Sydney, Paris and New York City. Though shrouded in secrecy, the album has already been heralded a “masterpiece” by those who have heard it, according to a press release announcing its release. Watch The Throne features production from The RZA, The Neptunes and West’s longtime collaborator Mike Dean. The short list of featured vocals includes Frank Ocean, BeyoncĂ©, Curtis Mayfield and Mr. Hudson.

On the tour, Jay-Z and Kanye West will not only perform material from Watch The Throne but also songs from their respective catalogues.
