Jake Owen has revealed plans a summer tour in support of his latest album, Days of Gold. The country star will hit Connecticut for a performance at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville on Friday, July 11. Tickets for the show, which will also feature openers Frankie Ballard and The Cadillac Three, are now on sale through Ticketmaster for $39.50.

Days of Gold, Owen’s fourth studio effort and follow-up to 2011’s Barefoot Blue Jean Night, was released in December. It debuted at #15 on the Billboard 200 and at #4 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. Produced by Joey Moi (Nickelback, Florida Georgia Line), the album features singles “Days of Gold” and “Beachin'” (video streaming below).

Prior to the show in Connecticut, Owen will team up with the Eli Young Band in New Hampshire with a show scheduled for the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion at Meadowbrook in Gilford on Thursday, May 29. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $24 to $42, are now on sale through the venue’s box office and website.

“I love throwing parties! This tour is going to be one big party and everyone is invited,” declared Owen in a press release. “I’ve been lucky enough to be on the road and learn from incredible artists like Chesney, McGraw and Aldean. I’m really proud of this tour and can’t wait for the fans to see what’s in store. The first night cannot get here fast enough!”
