Guster have added a slate of summer shows to their ongoing tour schedule, including a big homecoming show at the Bank of America Pavilion on Friday, August 12. Tickets for the show, which will also feature special guests Jack’s Mannequin, will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Live Nation for $28 and $33.

The Boston-bred band, who will rock a sold out show at Boston’s House of Blues on May 7, are touring in support of their latest album, Easy Wonderful. Released last fall, Easy Wonderful is the band’s sixth studio effort and first in four years. It also marks their first set of new material since all three founding members – Ryan Miller (guitar/vocals), Adam Gardner (guitar/vocals), Brian Rosenworcel (percussion) – became first-time fathers in 2008. Easy Wonderful, which features hit singles “Do You Love Me” and “Bad Bad World”, is streaming in its entirety on Guster’s MySpace.

In addition to the show in Boston, Guster will rock the Cape Cod Melody Tent in Hyannis on Tuesday, August 2 with special guest Ra Ra Riot. Tickets for the show will go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster for $30.75 and $48.75. They’ll also play Newport Yachting Center in downtown Newport, Rhode Island on Thursday, August 4 as part of the Nantucket Nectars Sunset Music Series. Tickets are now on sale through the venue’s website for $25 and $35.

Fans that can’t wait for the summer gigs, can still grab tickets for Guster’s show at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom in New Hampshire on Friday, May 6. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster for $25.
