Led by original frontman Axl Rose, Guns N’ Roses will return to the road this fall for a rare tour that will stop in Massachusetts. The band will hit Worcester’s DCU Center on Friday, November 25. Tickets for the show, which range in price from $45 to $75, will go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster.

For the latest incarnation of Guns N’ Roses, Rose is joined by DJ Ashba (guitar), Dizzy Reed (keyboards), Tommy Stinson (bass), Richard Fortus (guitar), Ron “Bumblefoot” Thal (guitar), Chris Pitman (keyboards) and Frank Ferrer (drums). The band spent most of 2010 touring the globe, performing 71 two and a half hour shows in over 30 countries according to a press release.

Guns ‘N Roses are touring in support of their most recent release, 2008’s Chinese Democracy. The album, their sixth studio effort, was the band’s first release since 1993’s The Spaghetti Incident? and their first album of original studio material since the simultaneous release of Use Your Illusion I and II in September 1991. It debuted at #3 on the Billboard 200.

They last toured the U.S. in 2006, when the band infamously hit the stage at the DCU Center two and a half hours late.
