Green Day has revealed plans for a winter tour in support of their forthcoming trilogy of new albums, ¡Uno!, ¡Dos! and ¡Tre!. Though the band will skip Massachusetts on this outing, fans will have plenty of opportunities to see the band perform elsewhere in New England with shows scheduled for New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Maine in January 2013

The veteran rockers’ first New England show is scheduled for the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, New Hampshire on Friday, January 18. Tickets for the show will be available for $33.50 and $59.50. The following night, the band will perform at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut with tickets available for $42 and $62. Green Day will make their way to the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island on Thursday, January 24. Tickets will be available for $33.50 and $59.50. The band will conclude their week in New England with a performance at the Cumberland County Civic Center in Portland, Maine on Friday, January 25 with tickets available for $59.50. Tickets for the shows in New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Maine will go on sale Saturday at noon through Ticketmaster, while the Connecticut concert will go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Best Coast will open all four shows.

¡Uno! will be released by Reprise Records on September 25 followed by ¡Dos! on November 13, and finally ¡Tré! on January 15, 2013. The albums are the follow-up to the Grammy Award-winning 21st Century Breakdown, and were produced by the band’s long-time producer Rob Cavallo. ¡Uno! features singles “Oh Love” and “Nuclear Family”. The video for the latter is streaming below.

“We are at the most prolific and creative time in our lives,” Green Day said in a statement announcing the trilogy released earlier this year. “This is the best music we’ve ever written, and the songs just keep coming. Instead of making one album, we are making a three album trilogy. Every song has the power and energy that represents Green Day on all emotional levels. We just can’t help ourselves… We are going epic as fuck!”
