Radio-favorite Goo Goo Dolls are extending their touring schedule this summer, and have added a Boston date for July 19 at the Bank of America Pavilion. Tickets for the show, which range from $20 to $45, will go on-sale this Friday at 10am through Live Nation.

Goo Goo Dolls have 14 Top Ten hits in their career and have sold over 9 million albums in the US. They are currently touring behind their most recent release, 2010’s Something For the Rest of Us. The band has been writing new songs as well while on tour this year, and could very well be previewing new material by the time they reach Boston this summer.

Joining the Goo Goos on the road will be Michelle Branch and Parachute. Branch released an EP last year titled Everything Comes and Goes, while Parachute will release their latest album, The Way It Was, in May.
